ZSD has a comprehensive quality control (QC) program to ensure that all resources maintain a high level of accuracy. We are fully certified with ISO13485:2016 for medical devices and IATF16949:2016 for automotive. Our approach is based on customer requirements to accurately and timely meet their specifications. We use advanced equipment such as 3D CMM and 2.5D coordinate measuring machines to achieve the best results. Our system can detect potential defects early to take corrective action quickly.
ZSD is equipped with various precision milling machines, grinding machines, CNC machines, EDM machines, and wire-cutting machines, enabling quick manufacturing and repair of different molds. The manufacturing department has injection molding machines ranging from 88 tons to 2100 tons, capable of producing a variety of plastic products. ZSD has the capacity to manufacture 30-60 sets of medium-sized molds per month, with an annual production of over 700 medium-sized molds. We can offer advanced technologies (including sensors, vacuum, nitrogen blow, IMD, IML, etc.) and truly short mold manufacturing lead times. Currently, we can manufacture molds with insert steels such as P20, 738, 718, NAK80, H13, S136, and 420SS, with sizes up to 2200mm * 1900mm and weights up to 22 tons.
